Each is written up with the architecture, the outcome, and the parts that went wrong. The failures are included on purpose: they are the only reliable signal that someone has run this in production rather than demoed it.
The internal tools that replaced our SaaS stack
A one-day workshop taught four non-technical staff to specify, build, and ship real software. The clearest proof is our director of customer success, who has since built four internal tools on his own, unprompted, that have replaced tools Aclymate used to pay for.
