Three things I have actually done
Each is written up with the architecture, the outcome, and the parts that went wrong. The failures are included on purpose — they are the only reliable signal that someone has run this in production rather than demoed it.

The internal tools that replaced our SaaS stack
A one-day workshop taught four non-technical staff to specify, build, and ship real software. The clearest proof is our director of customer success, who has since built a growing set of internal tools — on his own, unprompted — that have replaced tools Aclymate used to pay for.
A non-engineer running his own production tooling independently, and a repeatable way to teach anyone else to do the same.

From zero coding background to org technology lead
A nonprofit staffer replaced her organization’s WordPress site after a failed Lovable attempt — using real git, real pull requests, and real CI. She now trains her own team.
A shipped production site, and an apprentice who teaches the workflow forward without me.

What it actually takes to let AI agents run real company operations safely — for when a bespoke, closely-supervised system is genuinely the right tool, not the default one.
